Slowly but surely I am creating my web presence. I imagine it will take a lot of discipline to keep any blog up to date. And it probably takes a big ego to think that you have a something interesting to say every day. Well, let's hope I can find enough to keep talking - although talking to oneself is talent worth developing.

Welcome to livedraw - political cartoons truly come of age


LIVEDRAW
Welcome to livedraw

Conceived by Patrick Blower, ex-political cartoonist of the London Evening Standard, it is a rapid response, animated cartoon using an unorthodox approach.

Since its launch in September 2007, it has been commissioned and used on the BBC Ten O’Clock News and Newsnight. It made its online debut at www.telegraph.co.uk in December 2007 and now appears there every Friday.

In addition to livedrawing events, Patrick Blower's entirely hand-drawn, narrative film about London will be premiered at a Central London venue in October 2008.

Patrick Blower also continues to draw for traditional print media.
